This increased surface area allows manufacturers to produce more garments out of less cotton but renders them feeling coarse and inferior in quality.

We utilize combed cotton yarn that removes undesirable short and crude fibers and straightens longer fibers in parallel order to deliver smoother yarn used in finer garments. The finest fibers are then ring spun and tightly twisted together to make a smoother more refined thread that is stronger and softer.
